Booking Policies

• Late Arrivals: Appointments will be canceled if you are more than 15 minutes late. If you arrive 10 minutes late, a $15 late fee will be applied.

• Rescheduling Policy: In the event of a no-show or cancellation, a $15 deposit will be required to book your next appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your service.

• Preparation: Please arrive with clean, oil-free hair unless your service includes a wash.

• Guest Policy: Guests are not permitted unless prior approval has been given.

• Clients Under 18: Appointments for clients under 18 must be booked by a parent or guardian to ensure clear communication.
